quiet
It’s quiet here tonight, as the Bee is at a sleepover. Our basic cable package cruelly denies our children access to the Disney channel, so the Peony took pity on the Bee, and invited her to watch the premiere of High School Musical 2. For those of you not in the know, this is the biggest night in tween girl history. At least until they release High School Musical 2.5.
I miss the Bee when she’s away overnight, but it’s kind of nice to have the quiet time to spend with the Potato.

I am SO glad that K is not old enough to care about High school Musical (or 2). It looks so amazingly totally horrendously irritating…

Hehe, I still don’t really know what’s up with HSM but I sure do hear an awful lot about it.

Sarah went to a friends house to watch it and TRIED to have her first real sleep over but I got that call at 1:00 am to go pick her up. She’s mortified because at the ripe old age of 10 she’s still unable to successfully sleep over anywhere except Grandma’s house. “I’m the only one who can’t do it!!” Poor Sarah, sigh.

It’s strange the bittersweet feeling you get when you have a moment to yourself. I always miss Bea even when I have just five minutes alone and then I start feeling guilty when I start to realize how much I AM enjoying it.

A sleep-over! Sigh… I hope you and the Potato had a nice (and early!) evening.

I feel completely out of the loop having not seen the first movie. By the time Mira is interested, I suppose they’ll be on no. XX.
